Delivering payments to vendors, employees and other parties is an essential portion of the treasury management process. We can help you with your disbursements in a number of ways, from traditional checks to electronic payment options to enhance your relationships.

Automatic Clearing House (ACH)
Associated Bank can quickly and efficiently send ACH payments authorized by you through the National Automatic Clearing House Association (NACHA) throughout North America. Using eManager+ online banking services, or an internal ACH program, you can complete your payments and transfers electronically.

ACH Payroll/Dividend Origination
One way to improve your payroll processing is through Payroll Direct Deposit. You also can direct deposit payments to retirees and shareholders. Whether they've designated an Associated Bank account or another financial institution, you can arrange to credit their accounts and debit your company's Associated Bank account for the total amount.

The PAYCHEK PLUS® payroll debit card program is easy to implement. A simple exchange of payroll records and file formats will enable you to utilize the most convenient and cost-effective payroll distribution and ePayment program available in the industry.

ACH Tax Payment
Your Treasury Management Banker can establish ACH payment of local, state and federal tax payments with Associated Bank's exclusive business online banking service, eManager+. Federal tax deposit services from Associated Bank include most tax types for business, including 941, 990c, 943, 720, CT-1, 940, Schedule A, 1120, 990T, 9990PF and 1042.

Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
Make the most out of your out-going ACH payments by using EDI to add valuable addenda information to your ACH payments. Cite invoice numbers, reference numbers, discounts, and many other types of information directly on your ACH payment.

Federal Reserve Wire Transfers
As a member of the Federal Reserve Bank, Associated Bank offers you the ability to immediately transfer funds to other U.S. Financial Institutions through the FEDline wire transfer system. Our online connection with FEDline means that your wire transfers are available the same day the transfer is executed for your operational or investment needs.

Controlled Disbursements
This useful report (provided to you each morning by 10:30 a.m. Central Standard Time) shows the checks that will clear or post to your account during the business day so you can manually position your account balances. You can choose to have your checks drawn off of the 7th Fed District (Wisconsin) or the 9th Fed District (Minnesota).
