2.	Complete all sections of the New Account Application
3.	Print the application
4.	Sign the application and mail it to:

Please note: Your account will be established as soon as your application is received. A welcome letter containing your account number will be mailed to you within two business days. Please allow 5-7 business days for receipt of your welcome letter.

If you indicate on the new Account Online Brokerage Access form that you would like online account access, your welcome letter package will also contain your log on information. You will be able to access your account immediately upon receipt of the logon information.
